Robert Schmitt is the co-founder of Cork Protocol, a programmable primitive that prices risk markets through a single composable contract structure. Schmitt was previously co-founder and COO at Toucan Protocol, where he led tokenomics for the project, which became a well-known player in the carbon credit market with $4B of volume and $100M TVL.

Borja Neira is a market structure researcher and independent consultant focused on the plumbing behind tokenized financial products. Currently, Neira consults for Tempo on institutional market structure and product strategy, and publishes independent long-form research.

Bryan Choe is head of research at RWA.xyz, a data analytics platform for tokenized assets. Choe came up through investment banking at Evercore, PE at Moelis, and real estate private equity before pivoting to crypto, bringing a traditional finance lens to on-chain asset markets, vaults, and institutional RWA infrastructure.
