fUSD is a U.S. dollar-backed stablecoin launched by Falcon Finance and issued through Anchorage Digital Bank’s federally regulated stablecoin issuance platform. The asset is designed for institutional payments, trading, collateral management, treasury operations, and digital asset settlement workflows.
The project extends Falcon Finance’s existing digital dollar infrastructure by introducing a regulated payment stablecoin issued under U.S. federal oversight. While Falcon Finance’s USDf product is designed as a crypto-native synthetic dollar for decentralized finance applications, fUSD is intended to support institutional counterparties and regulated financial use cases that require a traditional reserve-backed structure and regulated issuance framework.
fUSD reserves consist of short-dated U.S. Treasuries, cash, and Treasury-backed repurchase agreements. The stablecoin is issued and managed through Anchorage Digital Bank’s regulated infrastructure, which includes custody, issuance, compliance controls, AML/KYC procedures, and operational safeguards designed for institutional market participants.
fUSD is available on multiple blockchain networks to support interoperability across digital asset ecosystems and institutional trading infrastructure. The project is focused on enabling regulated digital dollar usage across treasury management, settlement, collateralization, and blockchain-based financial operations.
